Terms and Conditions

 

Cancellation Policy – Please check for updated version for Terms and Conditions.

 

·         Cancellation policy for pay-as-you-go and block sessions

·         Cancellations must be made 24 hours before session.

·         Cancellations that are not made before this period will incur a 50% of class fee penalty - you may also lose the session.

·         If sessions are continuously missed you may lose the missed sessions.

·         Cancellations by Fitness Rate. We will notified you within 24 hours of session time and you will be credited a session.

·         Anyone, whose behaviour becomes unacceptable, his or her contract will end and any moneys may be lost.

·         All payments must be paid before the session starts

·         Payment for block sessions must be paid on the 7th or 13th session for the next block of sessions.

·         Payments – cash or cheques – cheques made payable to Helen Freeman.

·         Duration of each session will be up to one hour. Extra time may be discussed.

·         All Programmes remain the property of Fitness Rate unless programme has been paid for.

·         Fitness Rate wants your workout to be safe therefore when walking, be careful when wet, unmade roads, falling leaves, stones, slippery leaves. Indoors be careful of lose carpets, curtains, hazard furniture etc.

·         Please make sure you wear the right clothing and footwear when working out, if you’re not sure please speak to Fitness Rate

·         Fitness Rate will give a safe and structured workout to everyone. Clients who don’t follow the structured programme could injure themselves at their own risk. Clients who put me in danger or anyone else will have their contract with Fitness Rate terminated and could lose monies.

·         Fitness Rate would like to remind all clients to treat all equipment carefully. Equipment must be left alone until Fitness Rate has shown the client how to use safely.

·         Fitness Rate will ask clients about bringing any large pieces of equipment to their house.

·         The area that is used for Personal Training at Fitness Rate premises is the conservatory and dining area only.

·         When Fitness Rate sends out session dates these must be confirmed as soon as possible as clients could lose session date(s)

·         When using own home for Personal Training please let Fitness Rate know if there are any areas within the room you would like the fitness activity to be kept away from such as using a Swiss ball against a wall.
