About us

Fitness isn’t just about our bodies on the outside - it’s about looking after ourselves inside out. Feeling fit helps us to lead an enjoyable healthier life. As we get older we need to maintain our fitness levels by eating the right foods and having an exercise routine, so we can manage daily tasks so much easier, however this doesn’t mean we should cut out what we like such as chocolate, alcohol etc. All in moderation makes us feel good about ourselves.

At Fitness Rate we like to listen to people find out what your likes and dislikes are?

Fitness is not a chore - that’s why at Fitness Rate we like to have fun and laugh while learning techniques to keep safe while doing exercise.

When working out it can be hard to work on one’s own therefore some people need guidance and motivation along the way. Also fitness can help to build levels of confidence as well.  Many people find it hard to workout at the gym therefore having someone push you at the right levels is much better for some people. Some people like to workout within groups of friends or make new friends within a larger group/class.

One to one sessions, groups and classes operate within the Bromley area and surrounding areas including: Beckenham, Biggin Hill, Downe, Hayes, Penge,  Shortlands and West Wickham. Other areas covered are New Addington, and some central London locations (Blackfriars, London Bridge, Victoria and Waterloo)

All fitness sessions take place within the home, place of work, parks etc.

Personal Trainer Helen has achieved YMCAfit Qualifications and Red Cross Certificate.
